Chop House offers a selection of salads and other appetizers, including the house Caesar or heirloom tomato salad with fried goat cheese, balsamic reduction, and basil. You’ll see angus prime beef and quality produce from regional purveyors as well as prized seafood from the bountiful Gulf Coast, all masterfully prepared for a memorable dinner no matter what the occasion might be. Fans of black angus beef have their choice of various steaks like the bone-in ribeye or NY strip, while the Chop House Burger blends its with wagyu, topped with a friend egg, smoked shitake, caramelized onions, and much more. The seared duck breast comes with cracklings as well a rich demi-glace, while the short ribs are braised low and slow until fall-off-the-bone tender. If you’re seeking seafood, consider the plump seared sea scallops or the salmon, which comes with a pleasantly piquant buerre blanc sauce.
