  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper (To Taste)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt (To Taste)

Grilling Directions

Step 1: Heat the grill to 450°F.

Step 2: In a pan, drizzle the chicken breast with extra virgin olive oil, and then season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Step 4: Remove the pan and brush the top of the chicken with more barbeque sauce and then return the chicken to the oven and cook for 5 to 8 minutes longer. Note: You should see the sauce bubble and begin to char. The internal temperature should be 160°F, and the juices should run clear.

Step 5: Set aside to cool, then enjoy!
