What’s your morning routine? Do you make breakfast at home, stop by your favorite coffee shop on the way to the office, or grab a gas station coffee and a honeybun? Whatever you’re current routine is, it can be improved by an occasional visit to Empire Bagel — the local bakery that makes deliciously fresh bagels daily. Stop by to fuel up your morning.
The Empire Bagel Story
The owners of Empire Bagel, John Gregory and Anna Carroll, met when they were both working in the restaurant industry in New York. While riding the subway from Queens one day, a casual conversation sowed the seeds of what would soon be Empire Bagels.
About the Empire Team
John Gregory has been in the restaurant industry for more than 20 years. He’s worked as a executive chef and other professional roles. Anna Carol has a background in hospitality and has thoroughly enjoyed opening her very own deli in her home town.
The Empire Bagel Flavors
The bagels at Empire Bagel are made in-house from scratch using quality ingredients. You’ll find a variety of savory flavors including sesame bagels, everything bagels, garlic & herb bagels, and poppy seed bagels. You’ll also find sweeter flavors like French toast or cinnamon raisan.
Specialty Bagels
Great flavors are one thing, but what really makes Empire Bagel worth a visit are the scrumptious specialty bagel sandwiches. Give the Empire Egg Sandwich a try. It’s made with your choice of bagel, scrambled eggs, cheese, and your choice or ham, turkey, bacon, or sausage. Another great option is The Classic. The Classic is served open-faced and topped with sliced lox, capers, cream cheese, tomatoes, and red onions. If you prefer to get a few servings of veggies with your breakfast, try the Greenwich Toast. The Greenwich Toast is made with smashed avocado, Pasco Farms micro greens, pickled red onions, and EVO.

Don’t forget something to drink. You can enjoy your bagel with hot drip coffee, an on-tap nitro cold brew, or a cup of tea.
